This is my second pair of deer stags, the first one lasted 3 years. They are very comfortable shoes and are tsa friendly for those aviation employees. I'd recommend them for their comfort and flexibility.

Great shoe - poor shoe strings. April 21, 2012

The shoes look great, feels great and are durable. I've purchased at least six pairs over the years. The only dislike I have are the shoe strings. They are of poor quality and typically break within days of use. I have to go through the hassle of purchasing more durable shoe strings with each pair I purchase.

I ordered this shoe because I had bought Deer Stags before and was so pleased with them, I ordered another pair different in style and color.This pair was no exception. They fit perfectly and I just put them on with a perfect fit. The insoles are soft enough to give exceptable comfort. When I need another pair, I will surely consider the same brand.

This is my third pair of Deer Stag Times. These shoes have consistently been very comfortable. The cushion insole (they call it the Supro Sock) really makes the difference. Plus the sole of the shoe is softer than most of my dress shoes, which I think adds to the comfort (but they also wear out faster). I did notice this pair took a little more breaking in than previous pairs (the heel rubbed a little, but nothing some mole skin couldn't fix). After about a week to 10 days of daily wear, however, all is well now. My only real suggestion for improvement would be the laces...they're a little too short and stiff for my tastes. As with my previous pairs, I will buy some longer ones to fix this issue. Otherwise, these are great shoes, you won't be disappointed.

So very comfortable. With a very wide foot, comfortable, fitting shoes are hard to come by. Got hooked on these shoes during the last 12 months and own several pairs. I even referred several people. However, the shoes do not stand up to normal use. The soles come apart after only months of normal wear.
